The Divine Exchange

on Sunday 30, May 2010

One of the most amazing aspects of living in the Kingdom of God is our access to the benefits of the Kingdom on a daily basis through the blood and sacrifice of Jesus and the active ministry of the Holy Spirit in our lives.

Isaiah 61, which Jesus declared as his divine purpose, lists just about every need we could ever have and joyfully proclaims the ‘good news.’  There is a divine exchange waiting and available for all those who will receive it.  This Gospel provides:

- Comfort for all who grieve
- Beauty in exchange for the ashes of a destroyed life
- The oil of gladness for mourning
- A garment of praise in place of despair
- Restoration where there has been ruin
- Renewal for generations of devastation
- Elevation from the pit to a place of ministry
- Financial blessing
- AND everlasting joy!

Who wouldn’t want to be a part of such a Kingdom!  It is available to all.  Jesus said, ”This good news of the Kingdom must be preached in all the world.”  It’s now our job to proclaim the availability of the gospel to everyone, in every nation and every walk of life.
